📌London Amari Studio Rescheduling Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. At London Amari Studio, we operate with excellence — and that means structure, accountability, and policies that keep your investment protected.

If life happens and you need to reschedule, here’s what you need to know: A $250 rescheduling fee applies, and it does NOT go toward your course balance. Last-minute changes don’t work in the world of luxury beauty — so we require at least 25 days’ notice to reschedule, or your full balance will still be due by your original deadline.

💎 The ONLY exception? If you reschedule within 48 hours of booking, you can avoid the fee. Otherwise, policies are set in stone.

🔥 Need to switch to a higher-priced course? No problem — you’ll just cover the difference.

If a course is canceled with no future dates, you’ll receive a refund minus the cost of course materials and any online content provided. If a class is rescheduled or relocated within 15 miles, no refunds will be issued—instead, your payment will roll over as a credit toward the new date or location. Can’t make the rescheduled class? No worries—you can transfer to any future available course and keep your glow-up on track. 💅🏽✨
